Manual single girder overhead crane is used in warehouse, workshop without electric power to handle small capacity, and less attention to efficiency and speed. Manual single girder overhead crane consist of following main components:
1, Main beam
Main Beam is welded at end beam with I-beam, manual hoist reciprocate along the I-beam.
2, End beam
End beam is composed of two channel steel, welded to main beam ends. and the driving wheels and driven wheels are installed on end beam.
3, Driving wheels and driven wheels
During installation, you must adjust position according to different beam model, and adjust distance dimension, such as pulling board distance, etc.
4, Transmission mechanism:
0.5 to 5 tons capacity crane's transmission mechanisms are the same type, through several flexible couplings ( quantity according to span) , link each section shaft into one, turn the wheel, driving and driven wheels trun accordingly, makes the overhead crane reciprocate.
