1. If conditions permit, overhead bridge crane should increase the diameter of the drum and pulley as much as possible.
2. When arranging the pulleys layout, overhead bridge crane wire rope should be avoided reverse bending as much as possible. The test data shows that the damage of reverse bending is about 2 times of the same direction bending.
3. Wire rope for overhead brideg crane should be with a good structure as much as possible, such as WS, TX and other wire ropes.
