The track deviation of electric overhead crane

The deviation of the track gauge and the horizontal bending deviation of the track will affect the performance of electric overhead crane.
If the track pitch and horizontal bending are too large, the electric overhead crane will easily bit the rails, causing wheel and track wear, shortening the service life, increasing the running resistance of the equipment, damaging the structure of the plant, and seriously may cause derailment.
  
The gap between the rail joint and the track height and lateral deviation will also affect the performance of electric overhead crane.
The joint clearance of the track is generally not more than 2mm, the track height and the lateral deviation are not more than 1mm, which will cause abnormal vibration and noise. In order to reduce vibration and noise, the installation tolerance must be controlled within the scope of the standard requirements, and the distance between the rail joint and the joint of the support beam is greater than 100mm, and the horizontal distance between the joints of the two rails is greater than 500mm.
