Traveling overhead crane anti collision devices mainly include two kinds, one is the electronic detection device, one is the buffer device.
Electronic detection device adopts the sensors to detect the distance between traveling overhead cranes and other objects, usually with infrared, radar or ultrasonic testing, the receiver receives the reflected and the wave beam intensity will show the distance.
The buffer devices adopt polyurethane rubber blocks or springs to absorb collision energy to achieve the goals.
