What is special industrial equipment?

Definition of special industrial equipment
Special industrial equipment mean that the industrial equipment  refers to life-safe and dangerous, such as boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure pipelines, elevators, lifting machine, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities, motor vehicles in the field (factory), etc.
Electromechanical special industrial equipment
(1) Elevator: power driven, elevator which run along rigid guide rails or escalators which run along fixed lines, including manned (cargo) elevators, escalators, moving walkways, etc.
(2) Lifting machinery: crane machine with rated lifting capacity greater than 0.5t; electric hoists with rated lifting weight greater than 1t and lifting height greater than 2m.
(3) Passenger ropeway: power-driven, use the flexible rope, including passenger aerial ropeway, passenger cable car, passenger towing ropeway and so on.
(4) Large-scale amusement facilities: refers to the facilities used to carry passengers' amusement. The scope is defined as the manned amusement facilities with a design running speed greater than 2m/s or running height higher than 2m from the ground.
(5) Motor vehicle in the field (factory): refers to a motor vehicle that travels in the work area (excluding agricultural vehicles), has a driving speed (design value) greater than 5 km/h, or has working devices such as lifting, turning, and turning.
