1. Safety brake distance of emergency stop: adjust the brake mechanism, when power off, the overhead traveling crane braking distance is not more than 200mm.
3. The reasons of brake disc beating: brake disc bending; locking bolts loose; bearing clearance of motor and reducer is too large, must promptly identify the problem and solve as soon as possible.
4. Regular inspection of overhead traveling crane brake: check the pusher, brake has NO damage, check there is no gap between the brake pads and brake drum; adjust the screw and brake pads, brake drum and pump stroke; adjust the spring, making the spring force do not slip, to ensure the distance between brake pads and brake drum is 3mm when pump running.
5. Check the overhead traveling crane speed control: check whether the intermediate relay is normal operation; check the stall contactors work normally; check the resistance box has no disconnection; check the PLC has no signal output.
