Single girder bridge crane coupling is an important transmission components on the crane, to ensure its normal safe work, it should be regularly checked and maintained, as follows:
1. Check the tooth profile coupling tooth;
2. Check the inner and outer ring center line swing oscillating quantity;
3. Check the coupling installation radial displacement error is within the allowable range or not;
4. If there is no radial displacement, check whether the two couplings are concentric or not;
5. If the couplings is not concentric, should check the outer lane skew angle;
6. The inner and outer ring end face swing: Diameter (40 ~ 100) mm, the allowable swing amount is ± 0.01; Diameter (100 ~ 200) mm, the allowable swing amount is ± 0.02; Diameter (200 ~ 400) mm, the allowable swing amount is ± 0.04 ,; Diameter (400 ~ 800) mm, the allowable swing amount is ± 0.08; Diameter (800 ~ 12000) mm, the allowed swing amount is ± 0.120.
