Double Girder Overhead Crane Trolley have been tested in the manufacturers factory, therefore, after a slight adjustment of transport deformation, the Double Girder Overhead Crane Trolley can be directly installed on the bridge beam. In the case of the installation in line with the technical conditions, the Double Girder Overhead Crane Trolley shall not have any one leg hanging in the air, otherwise, should add pad under the hanging wheel bearing box or track to adjust, the pad can only be a layer, pad under the track must be placed in the main beam, both welding ends should be fixed.
1. The Double Girder Overhead Crane metal structure test should be in accordance with provisions of technical requirement, in order to reduce the high-altitude operation, the component assembly, wiring should be done on the ground as far as possible.
2. Before the Double Girder Overhead Crane installation, if find any wrong, should eliminate in time, if the user can not handle immediately contact the manufacturer.
Notice:
1. Please place the Double Girder Overhead Crane on two parallel track.
2. Make the end beam bolt hole as positioning, follow the attached technical drawing to connect the end beam, adjust then tighten the bolt.
