The electric bridge crane is mainly used for carrying pieces of goods, and can be used to transport bulk materials such as coal, ore and grain after being equipped with grabs, and to transport liquid materials such as molten steel after being filled with barrels.
The main inspection items of electric bridge crane have the following aspects, the following conditions should be checked by the crane according to relevant standards.
1. Electric bridge cranes that work normally are carried out every two years;
2. Electric bridge cranes that have been overhauled, newly installed and modified should inspected carafully before being delivered for use;
3. Electric bridge cranes that have been idle for more than one year should inspected carafully before being reused;
4. If storms, earthquakes, and major accidents, the electric bridge cranes should be inspected carafully of the strength, stiffness, stability of components and importance of the organization;
5. The electric bridge cranes which work duty is heavy and the environment is bad, the regular inspection cycle shall not be less than once a month, and the periodic inspection cycle shall not be less than once a year.
