Single beam bridge cranes are mainly made of steel and other metals, inevitably, there will be wear and tear. Lubricating oil can reduce the wear between components, however, the following points should be noted to achieve the best lubrication.
First, the lubricating oil must be kept clean and must not be mixed with different types and brands.
Secondly, during the application process, the sealing of lubrication system should be checked to prevent leakage.
Third, use pressure lipolysis as much as possible.
Note:
1. Before lubricating, ensure that the Single beam bridge cranes have been completely powered off and that the external piping is not squeezed or bumped.
2. Lubrication oil should be checked based on conditions. For example, if it is in a relatively humid environment, it is not suitable to use sodium-based smooth grease (its hydrophilicity is very strong).
